Is it worth adding a "Local Knowledge" section to each resort?

I suppose it wound't be a bad idea, but the problem that I see with it is that many of the locals would be reluctant to share any of their local knowledge onto a public website.

EDIT: I added you username onto the discussion so it is easier to see which person is which, hope you don't mind that.
